ABOUT ME

I was born in Sweden. From a young age, I have been fascinated by human behavior, with history, religion, and philosophy sparking my curiosity early on. I am deeply interested in listening to people's life stories, and understanding how and why they are where they are.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My professional journey began over 20 years ago in the finance sector. After living abroad and relocating every six years with my family, I felt the need for a career change—something that aligned with what truly inspired me. Psychology had always captivated my curiosity, so I decided to return to my studies. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to pursue this path in Sweden.

Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with i-CBT (internet-based CBT), family therapy, youth counseling, and psychiatric care. I’ve encountered a wide array of life challenges in the many people I’ve met, each with their own fascinating story. Through CBT’s evidence-based techniques, I’ve seen firsthand how it helps individuals transform unconscious behaviors, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
